Job Responsibilities：

1. Market Development：Conduct comprehensive analysis of regional markets, including client profiles, engineering projects, and competitor dynamics. Formulate and execute market strategies and client acquisition plans aligned with corporate sales objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management：Implement hierarchical segmentation for client prospects and project leads, prioritizing the development and maintenance of key account relationships.
3. Contract Negotiation & Execution：Represent the company in contract signing after internal review processes, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
4. Sales Performance & Accountability：Achieve assigned sales targets and corporate mandates, demonstrating proactive ownership of results.

Job Requirements：

1. Education & Experience：College degree in marketing, instrumentation, or automation. Preferred experience in industrial sales (valves, pumps, instrumentation).

Strategic Partnership Manager

Job Responsibilities：

1. Assist regional key account managers in deepening engagement with strategic existing clients to secure orders from their water supply subsidiary companies.
2. Collaborate with regional managers to horizontally expand into subsidiary projects of strategic clients, including wastewater, environmental protection, heating, water conservancy, and agricultural water sectors.
3. Under the department head's guidance, facilitate C-level engagement with strategic clients and organize all business/technical activities (site visits, salons, exchanges, training, evaluations) for their subsidiaries.
4. Evaluate the maintenance of strategic client relationships and contract execution, providing constructive suggestions to account managers.
5. Assess partnership dynamics and evolving needs of strategic clients through research.
6. Coordinate resolution of critical issues for strategic clients.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 2+ years of full-time experience; aged 25-36; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel. Preferred experience in water utilities, environmental protection, instrumentation, building energy conservation, HVAC, water equipment, new energy, export trade, or industrial sectors.
2. Excellent communication, coordination, and active listening skills; personable demeanor; native-level Mandarin; strong business etiquette awareness.
3. Proficient in identifying, uncovering, and synthesizing client needs; demonstrated business acumen with market development and sales experience.
